Welcome to Fly Eazy Now ("we," "us," "our"), a travel booking platform operated by Lids Easyphly Travels Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria and based in Abuja. By accessing our website (flyeazynow.com) or booking any service through us, you ("you," "customer") agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Fly Eazy Now enables you to search, compare, and book flights, travel packages, hotel reservations, car rentals, visa assistance, protocol services, and travel insurance, sourced from third-party airlines, hotels, insurers, and other travel suppliers.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant airline, hotel, or supplier.
We accept payment via card, bank transfer, USSD, Paystack, and Flutterwave.
A booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and a confirmation/receipt is issued.
Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is confirmed.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the fare rules or policy of the specific airline, hotel, or supplier for your booking.
Refund requests should be sent to support@flyeazynow.com and will be processed less any non-refundable third-party fees or transaction charges.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to the processing times of our payment partners.
Visa assistance is advisory only; approval decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or immigration authority. Travel insurance is underwritten by third-party insurers and governed by their own policy terms.
We act as a booking intermediary. We are not liable for acts, delays, cancellations, or failures caused by third-party airlines, hotels, insurers, or suppliers, or by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, strikes, government action).
All payments are processed through PCI-compliant, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.
We collect and use your personal information to process bookings and payments, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable Nigerian data protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
